  • Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit may be used by Questom without restriction, and you grant Questom a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
  • Questom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
  • Questom's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
  • Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

6. Termination

Questom reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion, with or without cause
  • Modify or discontinue Services without prior notice
  • Remove or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms

7. SMS Terms (For Demo & Messaging Services)

When you interact with Questom's AI assistant via SMS:

7.1 Opt-In

By texting our designated phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages related to demos, customer support, or system interactions.

7.2 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction level. Messages are user-initiated and conversational.

7.3 Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by texting STOP. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you text START to re-enable them.

7.4 HELP Commands

You may text HELP for assistance with SMS messaging. You will receive a response with support contact information.

7.5 Charges

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

7.6 Data Use and Privacy

  • Your mobile number, message content, and opt-in/opt-out data are used solely to operate the SMS service.
  • Your mobile information will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will notify you via email or through a notice on our website.
