  • Questom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

  • Questom’s total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

  • Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

6. Termination

Questom reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion, with or without cause

  • Modify or discontinue Services without prior notice

  • Remove or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms
